Privacy policy

Information on your device

The app stores frame-data snapshots, saved video previews, your selected game, your automatic-update preference, and update-check timestamps in its local storage. These are used to provide offline browsing and manage updates. Frames.gg does not upload your searches, game selection, or saved preferences to a developer-operated server.

Cached snapshots and previews remain until replaced or removed with the app. Delete the app in iPhone Settings to remove its current local data; offloading retains documents and data. Device backups are controlled by your iPhone and Apple settings.

Connections to community services

Update checks and downloads connect to GitHub. Tekken 7 updates also connect directly to TekkenDocs. Fetching video previews and streaming move demonstrations connect to TekkenDocs’ media service at tekkendocs.b-cdn.net. These services receive the information normally included in a network request, such as your IP address, the requested resource, and request headers, and may retain server logs under their own policies.

Frames.gg does not control those services’ logging or retention. Opening a source link takes you to an external website whose privacy practices apply there. Review GitHub’s privacy statement and the relevant provider’s published terms and privacy information.

You can turn off automatic updates in Settings. Manual updates and opening a move detail can still request network resources. Use iPhone network controls when you want to prevent network requests entirely. Existing frame data and saved previews remain usable offline.

If you contact support

If you email rio.nox@gmail.com, your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send are processed to answer your request. Email is handled through Gmail and any email provider you use. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Support correspondence is retained for handling your request and related follow-up. You can request access, correction, or deletion of correspondence by emailing the same address. Any information that must be kept to meet an applicable legal obligation may be retained for that purpose.

Advertising, tracking, and accounts

The app has no advertising, cross-app tracking, sign-in, or account database. No account deletion process is needed to use or stop using the app. Frames.gg does not sell your personal information.

This website

This policy page is hosted on Vercel. It has no analytics scripts, advertising, contact form, or tracking cookies. Vercel receives ordinary web-request information and may retain operational logs under its own policies. See the website privacy policy for details.
